Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit ensures that scheduling is optimally utilized and I am allowed to provide the best service to all my valued clients. The deposit equals half the cost of the service to be provided and will be credited towards your final bill.

Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of salon and/or in cases of illness or emergencies. Please call 720.449.6770 or email anne@annemariesenglewood@gmail.com as soon as you may think you might miss your appointment. 
 
Illness/Lateness
I believe we are a community. We have a neighborly responsibility to keep each other safe and healthy. If you feel ill or have been in contact with someone who may be ill, please reschedule your appointment at your earliest availability. If you would like me to wear a mask during our service, I am happy to! -Simply ask. If you will be late to your appointment, please call or email to advise. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes past your scheduled time. If you miss your appointment by more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You may reschedule for a future time, however your initial deposit will be forfeited, 
 
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full transfer of your deposit to a new appointment.

Adjustment Policy
I proudly offer a detailed and thorough consultation prior to every service. The satisfaction in the outcome of your service of utmost importance to me. While all service sales are final, I am happy to offer you a complimentary service correction, within eight business days of the original service date. Should your outcome not meet your expectations, please contact me promptly so the correction service may be scheduled.
